Reservations
To make a reservation, a 25% deposit of the tour price must be paid by credit card through the website or via bank transfer. The remaining 75% of the tour price must be paid on the day of boarding, either in cash or by credit card.Se ruega estar en el lugar de embarque por lo menos con 15 minutos de antelación para poder realizar dicho pago y poder embarcar para realizar la salida a la hora programada.
Cualquier demora en el horario de salida ajena a Black Lizard Tours no implicara una extensión en el tiempo de la ruta.
Nos pondremos en contacto por lo menos con un día de antelación de la salida de la excursión para coordinar detalles vía llamada, WhatsApp o e-mail.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Cancellations by the client:
Black Lizard Tours accepts changes and cancellations upon written notice to our email address info@blacklizardtours.com, or through our WhatsApp number and calls at least 72 hours in advance, without penalty of 25% of the total reservation value.
If the cancellation is due to illness or for duly justified reasons, 25% of the total reservation value will be refunded. If the cancellation is not due to a duly justified reason, the deposit of 25% of the total excursion value will not be refunded.
Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions:
Departures are always subject to the weather forecast and conditions on the day of departure. If adverse conditions occur, such as waves greater than 1 m or winds exceeding 25 knots, the excursion will be canceled.
This decision will be made by Black Lizard Tours and will be made on the day of the excursion if necessary.
If the excursion is not possible for this reason, the client will have the option to change the date and time depending on availability at the time of cancellation. If this is not possible, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit.
The route will be planned by the skipper and is the client’s final decision, except in adverse weather conditions or in situations that the skipper deems jeopardizing the safety of the crew and boat.
Cancellations by Black Lizard Tours:
In the event of cancellation due to a boat breakdown or due to the skipper being unavailable (and unable to replace him), the client will be refunded the full amount of the deposit and deposit made in the reservation, or a change of date will be agreed upon depending on availability at the client’s discretion.
General standards and recommendations
- For your safety, we recommend using the ladder and swim platforms to enter and exit the boat, paying special attention to other boats around you.
- It is recommended that children under 3 years old wear a vest at all times during the excursion.
- The number of passengers on board may never exceed the number indicated in the reservation.
- Bring a hat, sunscreen, and a towel.
- The environment and the marine environment are everyone’s responsibility. Please do not throw plastics, packaging, oils, or food scraps into the ocean.
- Smoking is not permitted on the boat.
- Our liability insurance does not cover the loss or damage to passengers’ personal belongings.
